As of MARCH 1st....

As of MARCH 1st we got a family BET. Each person is putting in $250 ( so no one can back out and it's a little reward at the end (maybe some new clothes)
5 of us are going to do a challenge who can lose the most body fat (30% OR LESS I BELIEVE )in 100 days
Its more of a incentive because :
1. we've all gained and need to live a better LIFE STYLE
2.It's FAMILY and where doing it TOGETHER.
3.There's a wedding coming up so we got to LOOK GOOD ( which I think we would feel a little better if we all try ( I know I feel better when I eat healthy and exercise accomplished even if its a little something) )
4. repeating # 1 a BETTER LIFE STYLE you work hard for something SO YOU FEEL AWESOME!.

I HOPE I DO WELL FOR MYSELF. MY DOWN FALL IS ::::SODA:::: :(

    THANKS!!!!!!!!! I WILL. IF ANYONE HAS SOME INPUT. I UNDERSTAND EVERYONE HAS THERE OWN ROUTINE OR WHAT WORKS FOR THEM. I WOULD LOVE FEED BACK! I'M 25 W/ 2 KIDDOS SO ITS GOING TO BE A CHALLENGE BUT IM UP FOR IT.

    Good luck! If your looking for exercise ideas and are short on time (as a Mom I guess you are!) I can't recommend the 30 day shred highly enough. Great work out and finished in 25 mins.
