Whenever I stop at a red light, I hold my abs in and hold it tight until the light turns green. My trainer suggested that one to me ;-)

NOPE!! I find it very annoying when people count that as exercise. I'm sorry but daily things in your life such as cooking and cleaning is NOT exercise!

He sounds just like my husband. I actually have enough will power not to touch any of the junk food that he buys. As far as dinner goes, I make whatever, even if it is steak and potatoes, and I just have a smaller portion.

Yup!! The classes I take have been much much fuller and today, the machines I like to use were all being used when normally they're not full.

I would say I do 30 min - 45 min of strength training.

Mine felt good. I started at the way bottom with doing regular push ups, I can barely do two. By the end, I was dying lol.

Yeah, I don't really go off of BMI. I just go off of how I feel about myself. :-)

I personally wouldn't do it. Knowing my husband, thats not something he'd be happy about. If it's not a guy that we are BOTH friends with, then there's no need for me to be talking to them. Now since your husband clearly doesn't like it, why not compromise? Do you love your husband or not? Does his feelings matter to you?

Just depends on you. I myself like to work out in the morning. Yes, I will force myself to workout in the middle of the day or evening if I have to, but for the most part I get it done between 9am-11am. :-)

I have the issue of my boobies being too small. I wear an A cup and even though I'm small, I'm constantly having to fix the sides cause they'll clump together or whatever. But no I haven't found a A cup bra that has wide sides. I'm to the point where I'm just wearing what I've got and I'll just deal with it til I get to my…

Cardio, not so much. Strength training, I love most of it!!

I see all ages and sizes at the class I go to. I for one am very very uncoordinated, but everyone is focused on themselves and not on you. I say go try it, it never hurts to try. You can also ask if you can take a trial class before paying money. :-)

If your Dr did a TSH test, and that came back normal, you need to have him/her look deeper into doing more testing. It could very well be your thyroid even though the TSH is norm.

I'm 5'9" and at my skinniest, which was when I was 18-19, I weighed 160 and everyone thought I was doing crack lol. I'm 27 now and my goal for now is 165 and I'm planning on reevaluating from there.
