I drink water and maybe one glass of milk a day. I'm not a big fan of juice or flavored water. And I probably drink a pepsi about 2-3 times a week. And YES, diet soda is BAD for you!!

I eat PB every day. and I love it with apples. Just stick to the 2 tbls and keep it in your allowed calorie intake.

For now, i'd use MFP, but I'd go buy yourself a HRM and go off of that. I noticed the MFP has been way off for what I burn. And my trainer has also told me not to go off of what the equipment says.

I allow myself one drink a week and if I happen to be going out, I drink usually 6 drinks. So far it hasn't affected my weight loss.

Definetly depends on the tattoo work. If it looks horrible and you look trashy yourself, then it's all bad. But if it looks amazing and you're good looking, it's totally hot. This is true. I've had many PT tell me that cardio makes muscles smaller. If you want the big muscles, don't do any cardio, only do weights.
