Currently weighing 186 pounds , my goal weight is 130 pounds . Have been trying to lose this weight for over a year now , with my motivation on the high side , only when I am reading posts of other people on MFP . Cardio is impossible for my present conditions . I could really use some help .

Me in SW : 187 CW : 180 GW : 100 I plan to do more strength training workouts . I jusht started 3 days back and lost 6 pounds. I am taking a little more than 1200 calories daily . I am happy to have lost 6 pounds in 3 days but also worried a bit .
