I have a Fitbit Charge that I'm wanting to sell if anyone is interested. It's black and size small.

I went sugar-free last Thursday and I felt like crap for a couple of days and had no energy. This week has been much better and I'm feeling fantastic! Good luck to you!

Confession: I am super happy that one particular person is not posting on here anymore. I love this thread!

Confession #:1 I hate being late. It totally stresses me out. Confession #2: I hate it when my assistant stands in my doorway while I'm on a telephone call. GRRRRR. That is all.

OMG! I do that too.

I love Clif peanut butter crunch protein bars so much that I began binging on them. I can't buy those anymore.
-
I'm the exact same. I had to stop buying Clif peanut butter crunch protein bars. I absolutely love them and can eat the entire box in one sitting.
-
I'd like some feedback on this as well.

I haven't tried Quest bars yet but I'm in love with Clif bars, crunchy peanut butter.

I gained over the holidays as well and would like to lose 10 to 15 pounds. Feel free to add me.

I was wondering the same thing. Ever since I started lifting I seem to be ravenous and I need to lose about 15 pounds.

I just started lifting at a gym last week and I was so nervous when I first went in but everybody does their own thing and doesn't pay attention to what your doing. Does your gym have trainers? You could ask for a tour and have them show you the equipment and check your form on your lifts. That's what I did and it was a…

I've been sticking with the elliptical but I went to my new gym today and I worked with a trainer so I think I'll be mixing up my cardio. He's a big fan of rows which I have never done but I'm so excited to be working with someone. That huge gym is totally intimidating.

I'm totally in. I've gained over the holidays and they aren't over yet! :\

Hi there. I'm a newbie too. I started SL about a month ago and have been doing squats on a Smith Machine which I have recently found out is a big NO NO. My community workout facility doesn't have a power rack. So I'm signing up at a gym that has one. I'm so glad you ladies are here and I'm very impressed with this group…

I'm so glad I found you awesome ladies! I just did day 2 of SL and I'm addicted already!

I really struggled trying to maintain 1200 a day and would often go over. Since I've upped my calories to around 1500 I've been eating less and losing. It must be psychological for me. Once I was over 1200 I would have the attitude of "yeah, I blew it and may as well eat whatever I want." Not good for me. Welcome to the…

Perhaps some of you are right and perhaps I overreacted. That being said, I've let him know that his comments hurt and he is very, very apologetic and assures me that he loves every bit of me. Thanks you all.
-
Yes. He and I had the discussion about me wanting to have a tummy tuck. He is supporting me having it done and not so supportive of me not having it done. Does that answer your question?
-
I think you're right.

Women are sometimes rude and inconsiderate but in this situation it involved a man.

That's right Lasmartchika. It wasn't from some random stranger. It was from my husband who knows that I am sensitive when it comes to body issues and should be telling me I'm beautiful no matter what.

k8blujay2 - I got blindsided by his comment. I had no idea he thought it was that bad.

My daughter is 9. I can't blame it on baby weight. I was over 180 at one time and got down to 120. I've always had this lower belly flop.
-
Thanks All for the support. I am going to begin lifting so we'll see if that helps.

Apparently his ex-wife didn't have any problems rebounding after 2 kids.
