wow thats fantastic!!!
-
sodium is often times the culprit

i dont believe your body had anytime to digest that therefore my opinion would be no calories consumed

ok so my question is ...is odessa a dead town is it good for small kids ?are the people there friendly ...i live in the city and im tired of trying to keep up with the jonses if u know what i mean.o yes for the person who said they live in independence i was looking into that area for my mother who is currently in oregon…
-
i would go with around 2,100 or so
-
you look amazing!
-
on occasion that may be true but to much salt is reallllly bad for u
-
the sodium is insane though i believe
-
according to my lesson guide for nutrition (college lesson) a person should not intake more then 2300 a day of sodium unless u have health issues which then a doc would discuss with u !
-
well ,u can eat them but watch out because they are high in sodium content but it would be ok if u had to to have one a day but then pay close attention to your sodium also i know everyones says 2500 for sodium but it shouldnt be over 2300 and i have that info first hand from my text book ..hope that helps :)

ok i hear what all of you are saying !yes i probably should get a hrm and perhaps i shouldnt count it as too much excercise ..i had adjusted my cal to a lil active and its at 1440 now so hmmm i guess i will go back to that ,dang i was hoping for a different outcome lol....thanks
-
i would just like to say we all need at least 1200 a day to be healthy once in a while its ok to go under . i always eat the majority of my excercise calories and i seem to be losing, but as another person said u really should talk to a dietician etc..im in school to be a nutrition specialist but im only into my 3rd lesson
-
i eat about 200 additional excercise calories a night and i have still lost every week!
-
well i think its fine well for me anyhow i eat till midnight if i have the caloreis to do it (not a bunch of junk) but i do eat cuz i am an evening eater ,metabolism is different for every person so what works for me may not work for others.i think its perfectly fine to save calories for dinner as long as it isnt everyday…
