How many calories does your HRM say you burn during 30DS? I don't have HRM & I log it as "circuit training", but I always feel like I burn more than it says! Just curious! :) Thanks for your reply.

I'm a DD and I have similar problems. I wear a Champion bra with the racer back straps. Usually I wear this under a workout top that has a built in shelf bra. This combo seems to work really well for me. Hope that helps, good luck! :heart:

I'm always hungry after I work out. I allot some calories for a post workout snack, something that will fill me up. I plan it out ahead of time so I won't go over my calories for the day.

I love Tae Bo! It is fun and fast paced. Lots of punching and kicking helps to relieve the stress of the day. Also, it burns mega calories in 1 hour! Enjoy! :happy:
