Hey everyone! Happy Easter!

I'm about 2/3 way through Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and I'm looking forward to what's next. I've been liking the results I've been seeing so far, such as the increased strength & toning.

I'm wondering: Has anyone tried JM 6 Week 6 Pack (pretty sure that is the title)? What type of results did you get? I'm looking to tone my belly. Also, can you give me a preview on the exercises?

Thanks in advance!

I have just bought the 30 day shred and have high hopes for it. I looked at both the reviews of it on here (that's where I first heard of it anyway) then when I bought it on amazon I read the reviews on there. Maybe you can try doing that until someone can reply with something more productive than I?

I've started 6week 6 pack after the 30 DS, but I'm doing it 2 days a week, along with No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, both twice a week as well.

It's intense - she seems to go from exercise to exercise really quickly. Because my living room is so small, I have to pause it when she says 'hit the mat' - I literally can't get my towel out and on it in time!

According to my HRM, I burn about the same calories as 30DS, although the workout is longer. It's less cardio and much more core work, although some of the moves are 'easier' than in the 30DS. Except the side planks. I can't do those!

i would HIGHLY recommend her newest DVD Ripped in 30. It's the same format at 30DS but with 4 weeks instead of 3. I like it 100% more than the 30DS. I also just got the 6week 6pack for easter so I will be trying that as well!

I did the 6 week 6 pack dvd.

I started it about 20 days into my 30 DS and continued after I completed the shred. I agree - its fast paced so sometimes you need to miss the first rep of mat work to get down in time. Lucky for me I have some basic break dance training - that helped to twist about LOL

I am a dancer so didnt find it a massive burn. It definitely toned my arms up much more with a lot of the plank work involved.

Didnt get any rippling abs but I do have nice soft definition to my stomach and it feels really hard. It smoothed out my 'tummy bump' to more of a tummy curve if that makes sense?

Also helped me loose a stone in weight combined with other exercise.

I have to say though after 4 weeks I was really bored with the DVD and dropped to doing it 3/4 times a week rather than 5/6. I was desperate for something new where I couldnt recite the whole thing in my sleep! I started running afterwards!

Over all a great kick start to new healthier journey. I have pictures on my profile so you can see progress.

I hope all that waffle was helpful!

How many calories does your HRM say you burn during 30DS? I don't have HRM & I log it as "circuit training", but I always feel like I burn more than it says! Just curious! :) Thanks for your reply.
