I was drinking something and this made me almost choke from laughing.

I agree with this. I have four kids who are all very slim. They need more fat than I do and they are far more active than I could ever possibly be. They still drink whole fat milk because they are quite low on the BMI scale. Their taste buds are also different. They think the periodic hamburger helper is delicious. It…

Wait. Not one friend and your welcome is already worn out. I'm feeling like I'm being trolled!

After only 17 posts, you've already worn out your welcome? Say it ain't so. I heard Loseit or something like that was good, but I don't know. if it has as active (or as knowledgeable) of a community.

Did you lose those 94 or so pounds eating such a small amount of food? If so, you are not losing safely and sustainably. Go to a calorie calculator or Total Daily Energy Expenditure calculator and find out what you need to be eating to maintain at your current weight, or at the most lose .5 pounds per week, even though at…

From what I've read, too steep of a deficit will increase the water retention effect, stalling weight?
-
Oh, and to reiterate- most people weight first thing in the morning, naked after going to the bathroom.

So it sounds like the scale at work should work for you. Just notice the trend. Also if you change up or get bored with eating that exact thing than you may want to change up weighing at the office.

Hmm. . . interesting article if you ignore the concept of 'carb refeeds' or something like that.

Very interesting! I love the mathematical processes you went through to arrive at this.

I don't eat twinkies or donuts. I do tend to eat more whole grain carbs than simple carbs because I have found that I am fuller longer and feel better with so-called "slow carbs." However, I also eat cookies (had Girl Scout cookies today:) and fit other goodies in when and where I can, without going over calories. To me…

However, if you only drank water for the next 9 weeks, and jogged for 6.3 hours a day (burning 368 calories…

Now that it has started giving you heart palpitations and nauseau, you did stop taking it right?

You can gain fat from eating more calories than you burn. You can gain (temporary) weight from retaining water, eating more sodium, hormonal fluctuations, or normal fluctuations. You are not getting more muscles eating in a deficit. You are not getting more muscles from yoga.

No matter how skinny and fit most women get, there will be some cellulite. Don't make that your goal. You look great!!

You're making great progress! 10 pounds a month is a lot! I imagine it will get slow and steady as you go along. Just make sure you're eating enough calories and getting your protein. I know you'll meet your goal.
