I'm just gonna leave this here but maybe try something like zombies run app. It will keep your mind occupied on a pseudo goal of sorts while you're staring at the wall/room in front of the treadmill. Also perfect atmosphere for fall.

I think what you are referring to is intermittent fasting. This would not be classified as a binge but as a meal. I feel in the situation of IF it's up to your preference of when you have your one big meal.

Thanks, I've been taking the iron with a glass of orange juice on an empty stomach. I think it actually helps prevent stomach upset since I haven't had any issues except for the very first time I took the pill, and that was without orange juice and right after eating.

Oh no I didn't mean lowered metabolism from lack of calories though at one point that may have been the case. Some say that low iron can mess with your thyroid and cause metabolism to slow, I'm not sure if its true hence the question mark.

I'm talking about the interaction between garmin and mfp. When syncing i had over 10000 steps and 300 or so calories burned in garmin but when it syncs over to mfp it only comes out to 8 calories.

Thank you so much for the help everyone. Im now wondering what I can do to add more protein. I tried a quest bar and hated it after the first bite because of the intense aftertaste and the only way I can stomach yogurt is if its mixed with other things(usually carbs). I'm a college student with no job so experimenting and…

They are approximately 145 calories according to MFP (depending on how much cacao you use. Just for future reference, MFP has a recipe creator where you can plug in the ingredients and serving size and it will give you the calorie and macro information. Best of luck :)

Lately it's been mostly water. When I drink juice or soda I try to keep it at 1 cup maximum.
