This should be fun and an easy one for me, I eat lots of colorful fruits and veggies. Sunday, Mar 23rd - Primary Green, Secondary Red : Spring baby greens salad with Red (really purple) onion for dinner. I also just had some delicious watermelon.

@PatriceFitnessPal Yes, I truly treasure my lifelong friend. I'm turning 67 this year and am understanding now what my Mom went through as her wonderful friends passed away. I too have lost so many. We need to keep in touch with those that are still here. 💞
