Any Loss is a Good Loss in my book! BTW... 1 lb x .2 = 3.2 oz B)

You got this! BTW, likely most of the gain is water weight, due to all of the processed foods... you know just what to do, get back to healthy eating, lots of water too! I find walks are not only good for my body, but even more important, good for my brain! Enjoy your walk!

looneycatblue May 2, week 1 PW 168.2 CW 166.2 I am happy with this, I know it is only my 1st week back, and I usually drop the most here, but it is motivating. Time to get my walk in before I get to some work. I have to keep telling myself that taking 30-60 mins for myself, for my health, mental and physical, is something…

Nice Loss!

Whoop Whoop!!!

Fantastic! When I see a big loss like this, I am always curious if you did anything special or different to help... do you want to share your secrets??? ;)
-
This is a wonderful loss! I am close to your weight, and I am always happy to see a loss, my average is 1/2 per week, with lots of ups & downs. Good Luck!
-
Ditto! I like the way you think. I am jumping back in this week myself.
-
This must be very difficult for you... how is your Mom doing now? Hang in there!
-
WOW so impressed! Did you do anything special this week? Great job! 😁
-
1200 sounds way too low! I would talk with your doctor again, letting him/her know how you are feeling. What is a normal day for you? Are you filling up on veggies? Drinking enough water? Good Luck on your journey!

I took about 6 weeks off, and it shows on the scale :s I am looking forward to jumping back in and joining this journey will all of you!

@AB0215 Please add me back to the Gutbusters team, if possible. Thank you.

@AB0215 and @Keepingtrack1234 Hi Ashley, I would like to jump back in for the month of May. Can I be added back to Gutbusters, and set my weigh-in day for Saturdays? Thank you, Teresa

I haven't seen too much activity with our little group lately, I think many (including me) have been a bit preoccupied. I hope everyone is staying healthy and not stressing too much.
-
@Keepingtrack1234 I updated the worksheet, just do not see any recent updates from @oilveoli This is all new MOO to all of us, I have never seen anything like this before!

looneycatblue Mar 9, Week 2 PW: 165.4 CW: 165.4 By the luck of the Irish... stayed the same. this has been a tough past 4-6 weeks. I am hoping to get through March with some loss, even just a little would be nice... then hope to be kicking it into gear in April!

My day 4... didn't get my 20 mins in this morning, slept way-in, too many sick people around me, so I think my body is trying to make sure I don't get hit too. I am hoping to bowl tonight, I have missed so many weeks now due to hip issues... really hoping I can just load up on Tylenol and get myself going. Went over on my…

Wow! Great Loss!

Day 3 for me... tracked all and stayed under my calorie goal yesterday. This morning slept in some, so only had time for a 20 min walk this morning, I will try to get another 20 in on my lunch break... So worth the effort, I am seeing the scale moving in the right direction already. <3
-
Happy Morning to you all... Day 2: I got a 40 min walk in this morning, and I "actually" stayed a bit under my calorie goal yesterday, had to use most of my exercise calories, but I am okay with that at this time.
-
I hope that you are feeling better this week. I totally agree, when I get my walks in, everything feels better. Maybe just start with a nice 10 minute one to get you back in the groove.
-
Oh my! That is a huge loss, even considering that you were sick. Are you feeling any better?

Good Morning Everyone! I finally got a nice morning walk in, 40 minutes. It has been 3-4 weeks since my bursitis flare-up, and the only cure is rest, ice and time. I really needed this, I have been in such a slump... looked back at my weigh-ins, I have just been bouncing around the same numbers since November! Confession…
