Yay Level one down!! And pictures! And cause I'm excited to see the start of some abs, I have to post this one! Sorry about the dirty mirror, I always forget to clean it before pics haha. Like my new sports bra? My reward for finishing level one! Level two starts tomorrow!

I usually have my radio on in the kitchen or my ipod, but I enjoy listening so that way I know when the reps are about through and I can keep pushing.

I know each of us are watching what we eat and have become a tad wiser about the things we do eat, but as far as I know there's no actual plan we are following. I did see a thread in here about one...so maybe ?

Oooo new pics! Can't wait! As far as doing anything other then the shred I do a lot of house work. I don't sit until usually 10:30-11:00 pm. I'm just a busy body, always have been. However I have an 8-5 desk job so it kinda evens it out I think. I did add in turbo fire on Sundays but that's about it. Of course watching…

cry! Today is my last day of level 1, Sat is a rest day and Sun is turbo fire. So Monday starts level 2 and boy I'm I scared! But I will push on :)

I'm jumping into Level 2 here soon and wow I'm always amazed at the results I see on here! Congrats! Any ideas on what you'll do next? It's insanity for me ;)

Well I guess I'm the wimp here! That's alright, no shame here for me ;) I started with water bottles, moved up to 1 lb walking weights and then up to 3 lb dumbbells and I'm comfortable here for now.

Huh, you learn something new everyday :) they should have charts on this stuff like sizing charts where it give you a line to measure.

Didn't even know about it. I just increased my water, dropped the soda, stayed under my calorie goal and added in a protein shake :) Seems to be working out aright.

I weigh more then when I started as well, muscle builds up first and that's when our scales go up but then it starts to eat the fat and our scales go down a bit. I smoked the shred today! Not one break, not even through the pushups -which I'm now doing against the wall. But man, I feel so strong and proud right now. I might be able to move onto level 2 sooner then I thought!

Haha, I don't have an actual menu such as yours but before we go grocery shopping we make a two week dinner list and so it's all right there on the fridge yet he still asks me what he should make when it's his night to cook. JUST CLOSE YOUR EYES AND POINT TO SOMETHING!!!! It's not rocket science! LOL! Men, sigh....

Those first days are the worst. Good for you to listen to your body and break when you felt like you had enough. Pushing too far too soon is when bad things happen.
