I found her and commented! Yeah my computer has been having lots of issues but after I spoke with Dell again last night and it failed some tests they are coming to replace some parts in it and make it work. Thank god! I'm also starting to adjust my budget to build my own :) Surprising how much money you can save that way…

Been busy with work, soccer practice and games and trying to get my computer fixed. I'm a gamer and so my computer is kind of a big deal and stressing me out. However I've got a pretty great warrenty so if they don't fix it tonight over the phone, then they are going to come to me to fix it! Also trying to shape my novel…

Thank you! I tell you some days I just feel like giving up and thinking that I'm not really making any difference, especially during shark week when I feel like a whale and want to eat everything! But when I look at the progress pics and measurements, I can tell that slowly but surely, changes are happening :) I don't…

These are my level two results. I'm doing 15 days each level so this is day 1/ day 8 /day 15 of level two of the 30 day shred. 30 days in, 15 to go :)

You only fail when you quit. You're just hitting some bumps and will come out stronger for it. Kids love to be needy when you actually decide to do something for yourself haha!
-
Totally made this yesterday! OH MY GAWD...it's soooooooo good!!! Thank you! Now I have lunch for the rest of the week :)

How awesome it that! I still cant do the pushups, I am just barely able to do some girlie pushups and that's a victory for me. I can squat for days, planks are not an issue but pushups...nope. haha

My girls still don't know how to handle my mother's passing. And sometimes they bring it up crudely, they don't know any better, so be prepared. I still hear from time to time from my six year old, "your moms dead right?" It's hard, but I remind her that it's not nice to say it like that and it hurts me that she is gone.

:( I can't see you being kicked from the group. And honestly if someone did kick you for that reason, I'd leave myself because that's not how you treat people. I hope that things go as best they can... I know how rough it is
-
Haha, how does that even happen?? Anyways, congrats on your need to buy some smaller panties. I have a NSV too that's kind of odd. My legs are hard now and so when I bring my foot up to the shower wall to shave my leg, its really hard since I'm using those muscles. Anyways, when I went to slather on the shaving cream my…

Sure sounds fun

Right I hate when my body just refuses to do anything. I've been trying my best to keep going despite TOM, properly known as "shark week" for me haha. So far so good but yesterday was a triple whammy! Asthma, shark week and then when I was taking out my contacts I pinched my eye and now I can't see very well from it.…

Thanks guys! I'm still at it :)
-
Well I thought I'd keep um my 1-8-15 formula with progress pics and so here we are 8 days into level 2! I can't see too much a difference, well maybe in the shoulder a bit, but I can feel a major change in my body and that's what counts :) I'll be back in a week to post my 15 day results!!

Yes, it was hard on me but I know it was better for her. I can't think of anything worse I've had to do then to sign her "do not resuscitate" papers when I was 25... I felt kind of like a murderer :( but it was best for her. She fought cancer from 1991 to 2010 and she was done. Needless to say I get all of my health…

Yeah, a rough past sure will show your true colors. It's alright, it's in the past and I wouldn't change it for anything. I grew up fast but hey, better then too slow as I've seen in a lot of people my age who are ruining their lives. Besides I like to think she looks down on me and my family everyday, free from all the…

I credit my mother for this. She had cancer along with been manic depressant and when everyone kind of bailed on her (it wasn't her fault she was sick), I stuck it out. It was SO hard, but it made me a better person all around. I miss her <3 I could only stand it until I was 15 when my dad put me with my grandma and by 16…

Haha, I am a very patient person. I work in tech support, ie I walk people through plugging and unplugging wires and 95% of the time when I say unplug just the little black round power cord, this is what I hear, "okay I pulled out every plug in the three boxes I have!" and I facepalm, take a deep breath and begin the long…

Yeah, I bet that's it. I've taken quite a few rest days. Grats on 27!! You're doing great, keep on going!
-
This made me laugh. I must have the patience of a saint because I'm on day 22, 15 days level one/7 days level 2, and still love it. I'm going to finish this week out on level two and then next Monday will start level 3. Level two is a pain, looking forward to level three but don't want to sell myself short on moving up too…

Oh my gosh woman! You look amazing, slimmer all over. I bet it sure felt great to slip into those jeans you bought last year. I'm glad this pic got you motivated again. It's a shame how easy it is to lose motivation but it's sometimes so hard to get it back. Great job!
-
Yes it does work. Best thing I ever started. It really does effect all areas of your life. If I can get to level two in the shred, I can do just about anything haha. Level two I hear is the hardest by the way...plank hell
-
Either or. There is the modified version and the advance version. It's however hard you want it to be.

No not everyday, I mean yes some people do this but I believe it was created with the idea of taking breaks. Every 2-3 days a break day or some people do it m-f and break on Sat and Sun. I suppose its just your preference.
