  • When I do the 30 day shred I use "Circuit Training, general" under Cardio and let that category calculate the calories. Good Luck
  • Hi , I agree, I don't find it to be the best for cardio either. It has been great for toning, however once complete ( I have 8 days left of level 3) I will do a hybrid of 30 day shred and other cardio dvds I have.
