I don't eat anything back , I think if your seeing the loss rate at a good level is what matters , and it covers the errors in logging ,, not that I exercise mind you ,, but if I go for a swim I don't log it Good luck

If your looking for food .. seems like most eat half calories from exercise back .. exercise is not a good way to find food ... Good luck

I have kind of shifted my calories around ,, light breakfast , decent lunch and light dinner , so lunch is normally my biggest meal .. also try to take a cat nap at lunch ( Im Old lol ) but when i get tired i seem to want to snack . good luck

I think a set number of calories are easier as well . It could get me in trouble chasing extra calories .. I think when we are tracking we catch the ups and downs quicker to adjust our diet if needed .. and losing a little extra sometimes doesn't hurt .. that has not been my problem tho lol .. just aim to lose around 1…

I always like the joke , diet sodas don't work , I have never seen a skinny person drinking one ... Or the guy at burger joint ,, give me double burger ,large fries and diet soda lol Good luck

My tips would be to stay busy and try to not let your self get too hungry .. I find I can control what I'm eating better if I'm not real hungry when it's time to eat Good luck

I like sugar too .. have sugar in my coffee every day .. I also have a sweet tooth per say and love candy ( the peanut butter balls at Christmas yum yum ) so I just try and keep them out of the house most times and keep some fruit or something naturally sweet around to fill my needs ..it does get easier in time and j still…

Also body fat percentage is hard to compute and different for guys and gals ... Maybe who hits there calorie goal more often over the next 22weeks Good luck and enjoy
