I have noticed the same thing, losing a little bit of weight and moving daily has made a huge difference. Friends on here help motivate me as much as my family (sometimes) does. Losers :)

I'm 24, and need to lose almost 300 lbs total. Lost 16 so far in just over 30 days of use. Would love some other friends to help keep each other accountable :)
