Congratulations! I dislike running...as you were before, I prefer the crosstrainer. I think I can run 3km without stopping though but 5...Hm that would be a challenge! I might try this out again. :)

Look up "Figurerobics" on youtube. Its a harder workout than youd think and out of the 4 CD's theres a "Dance" one (though I recommend trying all of them).
