  • My calorie intake is about 1100 per day. I also eat a lot 1 nuts, avocado and mozzarella cheese daily. In other words my diet is actually high protein, high fat. If I change to a more balance diet which include carbs and fruits I suppose I need to eat less fats and protein?????
