Ive been breastfeeding for 5 years straight right now and am currently nursing my 19 month old. Im right about 1800 a day and this includes my exercise calories some days closer to 1900. Be careful since your little guy is so young and still EBF. Youll need 500-900 more calories a day at least. Please whatever you do dont…

I have mine as lightly active but also wonder this. My brain still relates anything higher than that to running a marathon daily and while i know thats not the case i still cant move it. My hubby always says i need to give myself more credit because i often think mine should be at sedentary even though i move a lot.

Yes! On day 4 of level 2 and my shins ache and my ankles are actually a teeny bit bothersome. I feel it more in my wrists too. I'm just being careful and pushing on :) The first few days of level one were bad but I pushed through and it went away and I felt great. I'm sure it will be the same with this.

Good to know! Thanks :) Yes! New Rules of Lifting for Women....that's it. Now I just need to scour Craigslist and get some weights. I've been doing all the Jillian DVD's (Shred and Ripped) but want to incorporate heavy lifting as well.

SOOO with you on that! Not wanting to do P90X but will look into some of the others :)

You've got to just keep at it and no matter what keep moving throughout the whole thing. Do the modified push ups the best you can to start. These first 3-4 days are going to be the worst. You likely will think you're going to die walking up stairs for the next few days but keep at it. Don't do it in segments throughout…

Really...you DO look great but if it's the sizing you're going for, like others I would highly recommend lifting :)

Thanks for replying! I too agree that i think people are hesitant when it comes to us nursing moms :) if i can ask, what total calories are you eating a day? Do you eat back your exercise calories? Are you steadily losing? With all my babes i seem to get to this exact range here and hit a wall. I havent been 158 since way…
