how are you doing on your sodium intake? you crave what you need (sometimes) I was craving salty too and noticed I had been way under for a few days but when that craving hit I just couldnt control myself (2 bags of popcorn later i was over my sodium by double)

Are you setting small goals for yourself? Example: Walk 30 miles a month Lose 10lbs a month Drink 100oz of water a day Eat 85% of meals as clean as possible (mostly fresh veges and fruit) meeting small goals really helped me and once I did I set new ones. I'm just like her, I'm 30 5'8" and was losing maybe 2lbs every 4 weeks doing 1200-1400. I did my TDEE and it upped me to 1600-1800 and I'm losing close to 1.5-2lbs per week.

Updated picture: Here ya go - today I was able to get into a pair of jean I couldnt get over my thighs 6 months ago. There's roughly 30lb difference from photo 1 to photo 3!

I would highly suggest a HRM. I restarted 30DS last night with my HRM. I went back to my old MFP log and it was saying without the HRM I was only burning 200 calories for the 30 mins. It's all going to do depend on how hard you are pushing and your weight. According to my HRM last night I burned 501 calories. That's a big…

yes July 5th - August 5th I'd like to lose another 10lbs Strictly 100% water no sodas improve my running distance without a break, right now I can only run half a mile before i need to walk for a few minutes. Improve my pushups I'm up to 50 at a time now but they are still girly pushups
