have you taken your measurements? I wouldnt be too worried about it on week 2. the best thing I did for step daughter was buy her an "all girls cook book" it had beautiful pictures of food and the background was all girly, so it just looked yummy and appealing. I lost quite a bit of weight after giving birth by breast feeding and pumping. You burn a ton of calories doing that. Not sure if you do but that is what helped me get below my pre pregnancy weight. Also just be patient because I have heard it can take a year for our bodies to heal after giving birth

exercise can really help and treat your depression. It has made a difference for me and it can for you too. Just kick your own *kitten* and make yourself move. Tell yourself you do not want to be a failure and get your *kitten* up and moving. JUST DO IT!!
