my hubby was not interested in a healthy life syle when I started this. Im not 100% vegeterian although I could be if I really put some thought in to the whole process on how it ended up on my plate. I dont eat meat often but I do still eat it. If I make something with meat in it for my family I pick it out depending on how I feel. But on Fathers Day I ended up eating a steak which was weird…

replace junk food binging with water. It helped me. Anytime I felt a craving coming on I would pound some water and move on. I was told a lot of ppl mistake hunger for thirst because you are dehydrated. I am not sure if that is true or not but it has helped me from snacking uncontrollably

Interesting and I see your point. Maybe I will not invest in one now. Let me ask you this? How would i determine how many calories i have burned when I doing a workout video or have went to an exercise class. Is there really no way to know? It's just a stab in the dark?

This keeps getting more and more confusing to me. So many ppl say you should have a HRM to determine calories bunred. Im not expert so I am not arguing your point, but it just seems like there are so MANY variables involved depending on how you look at it

yes I agree. I think you are not losing because of what you are eating. I would change that and then see what happens. maybe try cutting out all the fast food and pizza 1st and then go from there

I dont think she was trying to look like Jillian Michaels in 30 days. She was just disappointed with the results. I have seen threads on here too where people show their before and after pics of doing this video for 30 days and there is a noticeable difference.
