Why are chia seeds good for you? I have never had them. The 1st time I saw them at the store I honestly thought it was for the chia pets. I am interested in knowing more-thank you

I agree. Some people could easily say I wish people would stop saying its ok to eat junk food (aka dirty food) and lose weight when it is so bad for your body. To each their own so just let it be and dont worry about it. I personally could care less what others are eating especially enough to make a thread out of it

OMG this is happening to me too!! I have not caved either but I am getting crazy cravings. Like today I wanted a hot pocket sooooo bad! Which is so weird because I have never liked them. All sorts of bad food cravings keep cominig to me all day and i know it has to be TOM should be coming any day!

I would say more water for sure and gum. I was told we mistake dehydration for hunger so when u feel hungry when u know u shouldnt be, try picking up some water followed by some gum. It has been helping me a lot

try gum after you eat. I found it really helped me today. Also down some water. My fitness instructor said a lot of times we mistake hydration for hunger, so when you go to grab a snack grab some water instead and pound it!!

i think its real tough because you are not getting the rest you should with baby waking up so much. uhhhh i remember those days about 2 years ago and I felt like a zombie. You have already taken the right step by joining MFP so look at it as you have just started your journey and are moving toward the right direction. I really do not think you look bad at all but I also know it does not matter what anyone else thinks except you. So just start logging your food and do some exercise videos…

Its hard to tell because you are not consistent with logging your food. There are even some days that you are WAY under your goal which I will assume you just did not fill out the rest of the day. I think if you start logging every thing that goes in your mouth every day then you might be able to see where the culprit is.…

Maybe that is part of the problem. You could be eating more then you think or simply not enough. I think it would be a good start to log EVERYTHING and then maybe you could recognize an issue from there
