Hi Lindz! I’ll add you as well. I’ve been on here for awhile but haven’t tracked consistently for over a year, and it shows. Looking to get more motivated and stay accountable!
-
Looking for accountability buddies as well! Been here for s but but have put on some extra weight. Ready to get it off. Also in my 30s as well!

Add me! I’ve been here for awhile but haven’t been really active again until recently. Gained back some weight and ready to be held accountable!

I just finished 3 half marathons in 3 months and am in a pause until I begin training for my first marathon in May or June. My main focus right now is strength training, dropping 10-15 lbs, and getting my nutrition on point. I’m planning on going into marathon training confident and strong. And especially to avoid injury.…

Feel free to add me! From Texas too, and log every day!

Feel free to add me! I have a 2.5 year old daughter and log everyday! You can do it!!

I'm about 3 lbs away from my goal weight of 150 (stretch goal of 145), and I'm 5'8. I've had go workers tell me that it's time to stop, because you can see my collar bone. It's like, that's normal, that's not too thin! I've also gotten variations on wow, your husband must be happy. Really!? Come on now. And last weekend I…

H-E-B! It has great everything, pretty much. A good selection of fresh produce and organic items. About on par with Walmart in terms of price. A lot times their house brand of things is just as good as name brand. We have a few Whole Foods and Trader Joes, but they are always so so packed, it really doesn't make for an…

I don't log everything. If I have ketchup with my meal or a little sauce, I don't log it. I usually do log butter, if I have it on waffles or toast, but don't log olive oil when cooking. I definitely log coffee beverages if I'm having a latte, but I don't log a cup of coffee. For me, it works, but do what works best for…

Feel free to add! Used to eat around 1300 but couldn't sustain it, and didn't like the consequences! Up to 1570! Loving it!

1. Losing 2. Log daily 3. Weigh daily, but never measure. I've dropped 4 pants sizes, so I figure, I'm good! :-)

OP, these are just my 2 cents on this. When I started losing weight back in May, I had a nutritionist give me the advice 1200/day, and don't eat back your exercise calories. So, being new, and having never visited the community section here, I did as was suggested, because you know, they were the experts. I couldn't do…

Definitely! 10 will always be my favorite, he's "my" Doctor, but 11 has grown on me too. I even have a soft spot for 9!

1. It take a long time at the beginning! I worked out for over a month before losing the first 2 lbs. 2. Make sure to eat enough! And eat back those exercise calories. Not doing so can lead to some unpleasant side effects! I'm happy with my loss, but have slowed it down a bit, to eat more and lose slower. :-) 3. Dedication…

I also don't like my food to touch..blach! I have a weird thing about bread. I cannot take soggy bread in any way. So any hot subs that might have sauce have to be eaten immediately. I also cannot stand pre-made sandwiches that have mushy bread.

In for Jack and Coke! Can we substitute McDonalds with Whataburger? If so, I'm in. So delicious and good. I have the occasional fast food, and am still losing. Feel free to add.

Grande iced coffee sweetened with Splenda and cream, or tall no water chai tea latte. Yum yum on a cold day!

I'm in Pflugerville, right outside of Austin!

Hello! I don't think you've got anything to worry about with the cows milk. My daughter had to be on the "Gentlease" formula, and I was a little concerned about the lactose in milk, but after talking with the doctor, they said it usually doesn't affect the kiddos when drinking milk. She loves milk and gobbles it up now! It…

Of course! I've planned my calories ahead of time, so I'm good to go for tonight! Plus, we're taking the 19 month old out Trick or Treating for first time, and it's not like she's going to be eating the candy. It HAS to go somewhere! Preferably in my belly! Yea for candy and Halloween!

Feel free to add me! I log everyday, and more friends the better!

I can definitely relate! I've been where you are; having the best intentions, but then having them go to the wayside with emotional eating! But you can do this! I've had an account here for well over 2 years, with many starts and stops (and a baby), and I think what has made the difference this time around is not setting…

Sure! I'm in, feel free to add! 15 lbs is what I need to lose to be at my goal weight. Happy to reach it by the end of the year! Good Luck to all!

I get my workouts in after my 15 month old goes to sleep. So I'm usually at the gym around 9:30 at night, even if I'm super tired, I just make myself go, because I know I'll feel better afterward. On the weekends, I go to a Zumba class and my husband watchers the baby. We also try to incorporate activities as family, like…

So far so good! I've hit my July goal of 5 lbs..still about 2 weeks left, so I'm hoping to hit 7 lbs. That's what I've been averaging since May. So hopefully by the end of July I'll be at 24-25 lbs lost, which is about half way to my goal. I eat about 1330/cal per day and may or may not eat the calories back. I probably…

I have a busy schedule with, work, a husband, and a very active 15 month old, so my workouts tend to stay between 45-60 minutes long. I've been really working out and counting calories since May. Here's my schedule. I'm always hoping to get 5 days in, though it rarely seems to happen. Monday: Rest Tuesday: 50 minutes of…

Hi! I don't do cosplay, but am definitely a nerd and absolutely love going to conventions! It's been 2 years since we've been to Comic Con (see the little adorable toddler to the left), but we're hoping to go next year. I definitely want to be looking good for it! Plus, you've GOT to be in shape to stand in all of those…
