    C) losing

    And do you

    1) log daily
    2) log during week days but not at the weekend
    3) not log at the moment

    Plus do you,

    A) weigh and/or measure yourself once a week
    B) weigh and/or measure yourself daily
    C) don't ever weigh and/or measure

Just interested (nosey) to see peoples habits and methods.

    Log daily

Weigh daily take weekly averages with moving average (2) trendline in Excel

    and

Measure every 5 weeks as this corresponds to one full round of current strength training program.

I'm losing (well, trying to lose); log daily (try to anyway!) and weigh sporadically but usually a couple of times a week. Rarely measure.

I am losing (or at least trying to).

Since the 7th of January 2014 I have been logging daily.

I try not to weigh myself daily but I do it more than once a week. I also only log real losses, for example if I weigh myself when I'm hungover I'll probably be lighter then normal and very dehydrated.

As of recently, I have gained, but I'm back on track today to be in "weight loss mode" and quit slacking off. (I went in to WW to weigh today, and hadn't been in since either very early December or late November. I've gained 17 pounds since then.)

I'll be logging daily, or preferably when I have whatever I'm having. Regardless, it's daily.

I weigh once a week on Monday's at Weight Watchers. - I do that as a form of accountability.

I haven't taken measurements, but last November, I ended up having to fly to Florida. I was able to walk through the airport without it being a big deal and having to stop all the time. I was able to sit in a plane seat and not "fall over" into the nearby seat(s). I didn't have to use a seatbelt extender. So, there are things that I've noticed along the way that offer incentive.

    C, 1, B.

I want to cut down the weighing every day but it's so easy with the Aria to track.
