    Losing, I log daily (even naughty days like yesterday oops) and I weigh almost daily (you've just reminded me to change the batteries in my scales thanks) and I measure when the scales dont reflect my hard work :tongue:

    Same here, pretty much. I weigh every day to see the impact of various foods/habits on my weight and track an overall trend. But I only update my MFP weight when I have sustained a loss over 3-4 (or more) days.

    1. Was maintaining for months. Started to lose again yesterday cos I wanna get shredded like Bruce Lee, new goal.
    2. I log daily, since like year and a half now. Cheating, binging or doing good, still logging.
    3. I weight myself every month. I think weighting yourself daily is pedantic and is too often to show objective progress. Weighting yourself weekly is still not enough to show objective progress for me personally cos I don't have much to lose now.

    I'm the odd man out. I'm losing but I'm not logging and I weigh myself every Friday morning. I found that logging doesn't work for me. I become too focused on food and then I end up giving up because it's a pain to log all of the time. I know what I need to do to lose weight and it's working. I'm down 20lbs in two months with diet and exercise. No pills or shakes.

    I weigh every morning generally, and take measurements once a month.

    I log my weight only once a month.

    For example, this month I've been teetering between 165 - 163 but when I measured myself I lost 1" all around. So I may not have a weight loss this month, but I step on the scale every day to at least make sure I'm not gaining.
