I've started a habit of reading in bed with a book light. It's helped me with my sleep issues. If I can't sleep I'll just read until I can't keep my eyes open..then repeat if you find yourself awake again once you turn off the lamp.

I did 90% Vegan for a year. The only thing I craved was eggs. I wasn't able to eat as well as I should. I'd like to slowly get back to it, but I want to keep eggs in my diet. We get our eggs from my mother in law's house, they have chickens. I've been vegetarian for about 10 years now.

I find that I slim down if I stop eating at 7pm and don't eat until 7am consistently (or 8pm to 8am etc), but that helps my body digest which is something I struggle with.

5'6.5, 28, I don't know my measurements, but I weigh 125lbs. I don't workout consistently, but I'm about to change that. My body shape and size is due to genetics.

I would suggest eating fruit for breakfast. It'll get your metabolism revved up, start your water intake, and it digests quickly.

I just want to be in better shape and gain muscle tone. I fluctuate between 120-130 a lot but when I work out I weigh 130 but look thinner than I would at 120 without working out. Ironic..

5'7, when exercising I look my best at 130, I'm 127 now but look thinner at 130lbs..funny how that works! Your body type may be different of course. I have a friend who is more muscular than I am and looks thinner & healthier at a higher weight than I do now.
