Wore the same size 2 when I was in high school, 128# and starving myself.
Just something to think about

You look amazing!! I am not going to feel so bad about my pounds because of this post. Thank you for sharing!!!
I'm glad I could help =]
In regards to frame size, I have a 5.5in wrist as well. But I'll never look healthy weighing less than about 140#. I look gaunt. I also love my muscles so my goal is about 143#0 -
5'5.5". 120.4 lbs I run about 20-25mi/week, cross train 3 hrs/week. I try to stay below an average of 2000 cals/ day. For March I'm currently averaging 1914 cals/day. 7.5 hrs/ sleep. Friend me if you want to see my diary!0

5'6" and 156.2 pounds. Measurements 36x29.5x39.5 (mamas got a booty).
I workout 6 days a week usually 30 min or less. Currently doing an at home CrossFit regime with yoga and running (1-3 miles) 3 days a week. In a week I will start my HIIT for 40-60 min 6 days a week with 3 run days mixed in as well as yoga (hatha). I'm not too concerned about my weight number, as I'm trying to build muscle and endurance.
I wear a size 12 pant, but they are loose in the waist and I have to wear a belt pretty tight. I wear a medium shirt. I have pretty big calves (muscular) and thighs so I can't wear a size 10 yet.
I have a desk job so I am sedentary most of the day so I don't count steps. I eat 1350 calories and always eat back at least 1/2 of my exercise deficit. I generally eat at 7am, 930 am, 12 pm, and 5-530 pm with no late snacking. I eat the most between 10-2pm so I stay full during peak metabolic hours.
what is HIIT0 -

37 years old with an 8 month old son and 3 miscarriages prior to his birth. I am currently 159 (or so the scale said today) and wearing a size 8-10. bust size WAS a 34B/C before breastfeeding - after weaning I think I'm a 34A. Not sure of my hip and waist measurements. Goal is 140lbs for now but for my wedding 6 years ago I was 130 and it was glorious, so that's a long term goal. I'm eating about 1500-1600 cals a day, exercising 5-6x a week (either jillian michaels beginner shred or leslie sansone walk away the lbs). looking forward to spring and walking outside while wearing my son!0

I am 5'6.5", weight 190lbs, wear a size 14 in pants and a L top. I eat 1490 calories a day or more with exercise. I exercise 6 days a week between running, walking and classes at the gym.0

43yo, 5'7", 144lbs, currently maintaining on 2700calories. I crossfit 3-4 times per week and wear a size 0/2.0

I'm 48 and 5'7". I weigh 126.4 (today). My measurements are about 35"-28"-39" right now; I'm wearing a 6 or 8, depending on the style and brand. I had been quite overfat; my body fat % now is 26.5%. I'm working on getting my body fat % to 20% eventually. I lift weights at the gym three times a week followed by 30 or so minutes of stairmaster or C25K. I do cardio on the other days (hiking, Hip Hop Abs, Zumba). I take 1-2 days off.0

I'm 25 currently at 178 down from 194. I wear i size 8 or 10 jean. I have a very broad upper body. My bra is a 38DD. My goal weight is 158. I think once I get to my goal I will reevaluate and probably lower or focus on measurements.1
-
28 years old, 117lbs, measure 34" (bust), 27" (waist), and 37.5" (hips). Depends on the brand, but usually I feel comfortable in a size 4. My goal with MFP is just to keep my sugar intake under control.1

This is my story too! I'm only 5'6", and I currently weight 137. I'm a size 0/2 and wore a skirt yesterday I hadn't worn in 8 years, since I weighed about 128 pounds!!!! I don't lift weights, but I live on a farm. Chopping carrying and stacking firewood - 12 cords of it - is all the weight lifting I need apparently:)
I started at 148 lbs, and I believe my measurements were about 37-30-41. Currently my measurements are 36-26.75-37.5
My goal weight was originally 128-130; I do still think I have a fair amount of fat to lose, so I am continuing to focus on losing a few more pounds. My goal size is much more important to me though - 36-25.5-36. I want to continue to get stronger too. Good thing wood cutting season is right around the corner!

I'm 27 and I weigh 167 as of this morning. I wear size 10 jeans. I eat about 2200 calories a day and my routine is 3 days of running in the morning, powerlifting 3 days a week (training for competition currently) and a short bike ride at lunch every day. Current goal weight is 155; when I get there I'll reevaluate.0

I'm 24, and just under 5'8, 131 lbs, size 0-4 (depending on brand) or a size 25, 26. I don't know my measurements.
But to be honest, I'm still pretty soft looking. I'm recomping right now trying to bring my body fat from *roughly* 25% to 18%.
Current calorie goal is 1470 (still got a lot of fat to lose ughh), I work out with a trainer weightlifting 3x a week. I have a goal to do cardio 5x a week but it's really like 3. haha0 -
5ft 7" uk top size 16 bottom size 12 but loose. umm really large on top 41, 33, 38 (small hips) inverted triangle! Currently 170lb0

I am 5'7" 175lbs. 34ddd/f 35" 43.5" size 10/12 depending on pants bcuz blessed in the booty dept. size m/L tops. Your numbers make me feel big for some reason. I could never be 130-140. I don't even think I would look healthy. 2 years ago I was bout 240lbs sz 20/22. In February when I started back up I was 215lbs 16/18. My dr gave me a goal of 165lbs. My goal is 160 solid 8, which never been. In bout 6 months to year I am getting a breast reduction due to back problems, so that will knock off another 10lbs lol.
My calories are 1,200-1,400. No cheat days, cuz not a diet it's a lifestyle so no need. I work out 3-4 days a week. Interval weight training with a trainer. I definitely have gained some muscle weight too.0 -
35 y/o. Been fluctuating around 130-135 for years. 34/27/38 my BMI is 21.
I guess all told I wear a small, about a 4 or 6 most of the time for tops. Stores vary with sizes so much. I couldn't even begin to tell you what size pants I wear because every brand is sized differently and probably more to the point, FITS so differently. My waist is pretty small compared to my hips, and I think that messes with size consistency a lot. I hate shopping for pants in new stores because I have to bring like four sizes into the changing room with me and sometimes even then none of them fit. At H&M I will only deal with pants when they are sized in inches. Why can't women's pants just be like men's that way?0 -
I'm 35 years old, 5'7" was 195lbs back in August 2015 (pregnancy weight just before delivery), currently 148 lbs. 36-27-36. US size 8. Goal weight is to be between 137-145.
I don't log and have literally no earthly clue how many calories I eat. I keep my carbs around 50 g per day, no more than 80, but honestly even that is an estimate at this point. Just started exercising two weeks ago (dropped four lbs in two weeks, but pretty sure a good deal was water) - go to the gym two or three times a week and do 20-30 min of cardio (treadmill or elliptical) and 30 minutes of strength training.0 -
5'6.5, 28, I don't know my measurements, but I weigh 125lbs. I don't workout consistently, but I'm about to change that. My body shape and size is due to genetics.0

I'm 5'7". I started at 262 pounds. Currently I weigh 184. My goal weight is 160. I eat 1450 per day for slow weight loss. Giving myself a year to get to 160. I wear either a 14 or 16 size jeans depending on the brand. I even lost weight in my feet. Went from a size 11 shoe to a size 10 shoe.0
-
I'm 5'7" and 35 y/o. I started at 222.2 (size 14/16; 42-32-43) and am now 162 (size 10; 37-28-41). I'm very pear shaped and am becoming more so as I get smaller! My goal is to be around 150. I eat between 1200 and 1400 calories/day and I run 5k every second day.0
-
I'm 5'6" size 8 and 180lbs. 36/30/46 It's so discouraging to see the scale number. I exercise 6-7 days a week. P90X3, running, zumba, strength training and am an avid OCR participant. Consume max of 1300 cals/day. Anyone else just really heavy like me? Lol0
-
I'm 5' 6" (sometimes 5' 7" kinda depends on the time o' day)
I started at 185ish (i started eating better and working out before I committed to actual weight loss) my weight has been varying between 138-141. I would really like to get to 134 though. My belly won't let that weight go though. Its so annoying.
I just bought pants in a size 2 and I can buy dresses in small or even extra small sometimes (!!!!) Which is the smallest I've ever bought ever. I don't know my actual measurements on everything though.
I started off with just running (and walking) 5-7 days a week.
Since January I have incorporated a kettlebell and nonrunning cardio and a lot more HIIT.
I put myself up to maintenance (1670 calories) and I don't eat exercise calories back. Giving myself a break from the 1200 cal life. I'll probably go back to it to get off those last few pounds soon.0 -
I'm 5'7", 135lbs. I carry my extra weight in my hips/thighs so I'm a size 8-10. Would like to be 125lbs and size 6. I've been logging on myfitnesspal on and off for over a year but didn't commit to losing weight until this month.
Was eating 1700-2000 cals a day, doing an hour of HIIT 3 times a week and walking half an hour a day. Now to try and lose those 10 lbs (by mid April) I've gone down to 1200-1300 cals per day and upped the HIIT to 5 days a week and walking an hour a day.

I'm 5'8 and 130 pounds. Thin/athletic build. I wear a 2/4.
My goal is to get back down to 123-124. I'm currently eating about 1250-1400 calories per day and work out 5 days a week by lifting weights, doing HIIT, and PiYo.0 -
I'm 29 and 167.5 cm (around 5'5 - so slightly shorter than you guys). Started in January at approximately 87 Kg (192lb). Currently down to exactly 75 Kg (165.3lb) today.
Goal weight is around 60 Kg (132.2lb).
Waist measurement currently is around 79cm (31inch). Would love to get down to around 66cm (26inch) - but will see how things goes.
Currently fit in South African size 38 pants (believe it is 14UK and 10US). Would love to go down to size 32 (8UK and 4US).
I'm doing cardio (walk/cycling/elliptical) 5 days per week, strength training everyday (body weight and dumbells for now). Work 6 days per week, 7-9 hour days at a sub-acute centre - on my feet for half that time at least.
I'm currently eating between 1600 and 1800 calories daily (gross) and have been losing at a rate of 1.5 to 2 lb per week, steadily...1 -
I'm 5'7. I will be 28 on March 29th. My starting weight one month ago was 227. I lost 10 pounds in the first week or 2 of working out and being in a calorie deficit. I've been at a stand still since losing that ten pounds but have been diligent in working out 5 to 7 days a week for at least 40 minutes a day, mostly strength training. I'm not sure of my measurements, but will take my first measurements tomorrow when I weigh in. I wear size 14 pants and XL shirts due to my 36 JJ chest. I eat between 1000-1500 calories a day. I have a hard time getting to my protein and carb goals but am trying. Hoping the scale will go down tomorrow! Good luck to everyone!0

So fun to see more women my height!
24 years old. 5'7. 119lbs. US jeans size 0/2 depending on the brand and XS tops.
I try to exercise at least 5 days a week. I mix it up from day to day so that I don't get bored with my exercise, so my usual week this includes a bit of weight lifting (I take a Les Mills BodyPump and CXWorx class at my gym twice a week), Pilates (I'm a big fan of blogilates! Look it up on YouTube!) and running (usually 3 miles per run).
And just for reference, in case you were wondering... I've lost 67lbs in the past year and am now trying to maintain0 -
I'm 5" 7, 19 years old and currently 159 pounds. I have been struggling with my weight for a long time and went up to 175 pounds at my highest. I started a new diet last week where I basically eat no carbs expect breakfast and I'm already 6 pounds down. I wear a UK size 12 top and bottom (US 10 I think) but I just want to be skinner. My goal is 130 pounds bit I'm not sure my body will ever go that low (I have quite a big chest and muscular thighs from years of dance). I'm looking for someone else going through this change to help motivate me.0

5'7", 21 years old, 133 lbs. 32B, 26" waist, 39" hips.
Size 4/6 in jeans. Size small in tops.
I have a small torso and broader hips.
Goal weight is 117 where I will probably be a size 0/20 -
18 years old. Just reaching 5'7". Currently 150 pounds. Aiming to maintain a weight between 130 and 135. I do cardio, mostly running, 5-6 days a week for about 25 minutes. I like to incorporate some HIIT every once and a while. On the days I run, I usually lift as well to help maintain muscle. About 1500 calories a day. Size 3/4 in jeans - hopefully to be around a comfortable size 2. Small/Medium in tops. 34C. I weighed 177 pounds but feeling good and not rushed by the process. Looking to reach my goal a little after the new year. Listening to my body as well for I am a full time college student. Wish u all luck and motivation!0
