I take that back, I didn't know the age. There is a big difference in the kind of bullying. I thought she was younger. It is dangerous to let a young woman go to a party like that, with Roofies and other date rape drugs out there. I guarantee the parents won't be supervising that party.

It might be a way to force the parents to see the behavior of their son's. Let her go with a camera or video recorder. If anything goes wrong sue the pants off the parents. ( Not very nice but it would put a stop to the crap )

I did WW when I was younger and I personally think MFP is easier. There are fewer restrictions. I look at WW as a diet. I look at MFP as a lifestyle change. I really pay attention to what I am eating and whether or not it is healthy food. In four months I have lost 43 pounds. I don't plan on ever quitting.

It's saran wrap all over again. Seriously people used to wrap their bodies in saran wrap to sweat the weight off. It worked they would shrink until they drank water. Okay you only eat back your calories if you have set your exercise to sedentary and then log in your activity daily. Otherwise you eating back the calories twice because MFP sets your daily calories according to the amount of activity you have set in your original set up. There is a point where you don't have to eat all the calories back. If you are getting all your macros in and you are not getting dizzy. I'm sure you are fine. Just make sure you get your basic calories before exercise. If your body needs the extra calories you are burning by exercise you will know it.

What you did is called calories cycling. Never eat the same number of calories day in and day out. I love MFP! I have done WW and it is another roller coaster diet plan for me because when I stopped I was right back to my weight within no time at all. MFP teaches you how to eat properly on normal food and change to better eating habits. MFP is not a diet it is a lifestyle.

You may not count yours but myself and many of my friends count housework and other household chores as exercise. I have listed my life as sedentary and then I count all my activities including sweeping and mopping and other chores and housework and yardwork. It works out well for me as I have lost 30lbs so far.
