I'm disabled so in the beginning I didn't work out at all. I just adjusted my diet and I lost weight. Then I was still hungry and I wanted to eat more but the only way I could eat more was if I got up and moved. So I started doing little things. 10 minutes here 5 minutes there. You probably will never have nice arms because you think muscle is ugly which it is not. Muscular arms in woman are very sexy. I"m not saying you have to bulk up like a weight lifter I'm just saying skinny flabby arms are not pretty.

My weight loss is not on a schedule of when I eat or don't eat. If I am hungry I eat even if it is in the middle of the night. Before I started MFP I never would have done that but now it doesn't seem to matter.

I have been eating the banana and egg pancake recipe for some time and I love it.

Well when you buy the plain non fat yogurt you get a cup instead of a few ounces for the same number of calories. You control the sugar and additives. Most of the things added to flavored yogurt are chemicals and sugar to improve the taste. I'm eating for health as well as weight loss.

I absolutely love plain yogurt. I like it so many ways. Two of my favorite ways to eat it are 1. with granola and 2. with any fruit and honey. I eat plain yogurt everyday because I need the calcium.

When I start this I changed to healthy eating and I no longer eat or want fast food. I find it disgusting. Their pink slime. What big business passes off as food is disgusting so I don't and won't eat out. The allowable amount of hair and bugs in processed for makes my skin crawl. I am so glad I eat whole foods.

It is just my opinion but I think I would not let fitbit choose your TDEE. Do it on MFP and set it for sedentary then add you exercise back in daily. You should be very proud of yourself. Be careful and don't let the weight creep back on. It is so easy to do. If you look at this like a lifestyle change you will be fine. You really do have to log everything you put into your mouth. There is no way to accurately track your food if you are not logging it. Especially when eating food you do not prepare yourself.
