The time I consume my calories has no effect on my weight loss. I eat when I'm hungry but I eat healthy food and no junk. I will get up in the middle of the night occasionally have have something to eat if I'm hungry and as long as I don't go over my calories I'm good as gold.

Most mornings and I mean almost every morning. I eat Old Fashioned Oatmeal I put various types of frozen fruit in the oatmeal before I zap it for 2 minutes in the microwave. It is quick, easy, tasty and filling. Not the quick oats I hate those mushy oats. I also have one or two cups of coffee, then I'm good till lunch.

Sugar is bad for me because it kicks my appetite into overdrive. Sugar = the white powder not the sugar in fruit. If I eat things that contain sugar added then I'm starving all day long. If I get it naturally in food I"m okay.

I wish I could but if I eat sugar my hunger goes through the roof and I'm hungry all day long. So I will make a shake with lowfat milk fruit and stevia to sweeten it and I'm really happy. Not every day just when I want something sweet. I don't feel deprived and I don't have that gnawing hunger sugar causes.

Thank you all so much. I think I will go and reset my calories. If they are set at 1550 I usually eat about 1350 so that is where I need to set it. It is very rare that I actually eat my goal so I think this will work for me. I am going to try it and see how it goes. Thanks again!
