Week #2 goal 325 minutes

Week #1 Didnt reach my goal of 325. I did 260 but will try again next week. Tuesday 65 Wednesday 65 Friday 65 and Saturday 65. I missed my Sunday workout.

Ive lost 46 lbs in 7 months but I slacked maybe about a month of those 7 months so it probably would have been more. However I am 5'3 and I started at 309 lbs. Starting 309 lbs didnt measure breast but waist was 47 and hips 60. Current status 269 breast 39-40, waist 36 and hips are 53. Goal weight is 209 lbs but really dont have measurement goals just for them to go down some lol.

I would suggest changing the type of exercises you do, how long you exercise per day, how many days per week weight training if you do any.

Loosing weight is the same as gaining weight, it is not done overnight. Cutting down on your alcohol intake will help a ton, finding acoholic beverages with fewer calories can be a start, drinking as much water as you can, I wasnt a water drinker but I am doing a lot better since I started this journey. I was walking outside 1-2 hours a day for 4-5 times a wk but since weather is colder I'm going ba ck to gym 5 days a wk one hour cardio and two of those days strength training 5-10 minutes.

You can incorporate more exercises or working out a little longer sometimes a little change in activity is what's needed. Good luck I'm talking my own advice I have to start back on the elliptical being doing the treadmill only.

Its nothing wrong with ice cream but try to get a healthy flavor. I've been measuring my food and walking outside at least 5 times a week from 1 hour to 2.5 hours. I've been drinking more water and my doctor prescribed me Phentermine pills.

I've noticed if I drink milk and any kind of juice in the same day I tend to go over my sugar ad well but just about every food I log has sugar so its hard many days but I try to burn as many calories exercising to cover it.
