Hello my name is Tammy and I live in Washington State, I am 47 years old. I weigh 347 pounds and I don't want to die and leave my daughter and grandson, and I want to feel alive again. I have no friends just family, I have PTSD and depression and anxiety. I have many health problems and finally am on SSD. I would like to meet people that can understand what its like to be morbidly obese. Will you please help me I can't do it anymore.

    Hello my name is Marquita and I'm 28 years old, 29 tomorrow woot woot. I have been overweight all my life. My whole family is overweight and I lost my mother at the age of 22 due to congested heart failure. She was 47 yrs 5'0 and over 400 lbs. I had tried loosing weight 2 other times was successful but stopped both times. I had hit the highest weight in my life 309 lbs which may seem huge due to my short statue 5'3. I have started my 3rd weight loss journey but this is my first time using fitness pal which is a great tool for me. I am down to 269 since 6/5/2013. I have slacked some but I feel im doing great overall. Feel free to add me. Im not on here everyday like I used to be but Im getting back to the routine.

    Nice to meet you, I also don't get on the internet every day. Why do we keep eating even though we know what we are doing to are doing to our body. I have a 27 year old daughter and a 6 year old grandson who is my sunshine. I want to loose the fat and be healthy, I need help I just can't do it alone. Thanks for caring. You are doing great, how are you doing it?
