oh great! I just got my turbofire in the mail Thursday and was planning on starting it Monday. I hope I can hang with it, I will just have to give it my best shot. Wish me luck..........I will need it.

mine is too, and my doctor told me to take fish oil. I go back in two months to have it checked, so hopefully it works.

LOVE IT!!! People ask me all the time when did you start to diet? And I simply say its not a diet its a life style change. I have been working my butt off and am enjoying the results. I love to read the posts on this site, it really helps alot.

I wore my HRM (with my husbands permission) LOL, it was about 100 calories for 30 min.

I took a stripersize class and we did do some pole work, It was alot of fun good luck.

I avoid all fast foods, gave up soda, cut down on red meat.....lets just say I eat alot of chicken. I work out 6 days a week for about 30 min. I alternate my treadmill and 30 day shread so I dont get board. I have lost 25 pounds since 11/8/10.
