Hi I am Ellie and I am 62 - 63 in August - and would like to have some friends my age to help each other. I know the older you get the harder it is to lose and I do need help. :)

Hi I might suggest you check with your local hospital. They usually have a nutritionist on staff and the often give FREE programs to help. Call them up and check it out. Good luck
