  • I just noticed you get a lot of your calories from carbs, you may want to try and get more of your calories from proteins, and complex carbs like brown rice, sweet potatoes, etc, maybe incorporate a little light weight training too as working your muscles makes them burn fat to supply them. just a few thoughts but best of…
  • um one thing i noticed this site doesn't do is take in to consideration strength training, not that i could see anyway. a person who does cardio than pyramid lifts 5 times a week needs way more calories than it lends to me in order to gain muscle yet still shred fat, do they have this calculated in anywhere?
