Wow...Thank you all so very much. I didn't realize this was still reaching people . I still lift and eat clean. Kind of fell off over the holidays but back at it. I just want everyone to know...YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! BELIEVE in yourself. You have days you fail but pick yourself up & press forward.

Under 1200? You definitely need yo up your calories. Especially since you're lifting. I also would suggest redoing your macros!

I eat A LOT of lean meats. Chicken, talapia, Salmon & turkey! I do also drink a protein shake every day.
