thanks for the advice :) i was taking in around 2000-2100 at cutting stage. maintenance around 2350 and now i am on 2900-3000 calories. and yes i have to agree with you.. patience is the key. great on your gains buddy, looking lean!

Hi Steph, we're all humans... I have been where you are as well in terms of losing motivation. but 1 thing helps me the most and that is looking back at what you achieved. Losing 30 pounds is one heck of an achievement. and guess what? You did it. what I'm trying to say is, i wouldn't put 10 quid on you not achieving again…

1-2 days rest. depending on my mood :) 2 days a week football and the other 4 days strength training at the gym.
