hello samantha! i am also on the same mission. you can try these foods, which have helped me a lot :) Nuts - almonds and cashews are nice! Yoghurts - you can go for low fat ones. they are easy to eat and quite high in calories Avocados Bananas

I cant really relate in terms of "losing weight" but i do share something in common. I used to be awfully skinny, infact too thin that i needed countless blood tests to check what was wrong with me.. i used to get comments like "jesus christ, put on some meat will ya" - "you're too damn skinny" i always hated to hear those…

you definitely need to be eating at a deficit and train.. log down your food and drink lots and lots of water, it helps with the hunger problem. just keep the faith and dont give up :)

i usually drink twice a week. and would opt for vodka or whisky shots only, no beers! i just got back from a week holiday so been on the booze! time to get off it haha. but thats part and parcel of training for me :) i train hard and then give myself a treat now and then.
