Personally, I break up my breakfast because I usually work out at 7am when i'm not all that hungry yet, but I know my body needs SOMETHING to go on. I definitely am as well, and the bad thing is I do it when I'm really upset AND when I'm really happy. In all honesty I tend to go shopping instead of eat these days, which is another vice in itself but currently it's easier for my to put money in the bank then to take inches off my waist so shopping it is lol.

If there's a friendly fitness dance studio in your neighborhood I'd try that. You'll sweat your butt off for an hour and not even realize you're working out lol. Also if you check their websites lots of studios have free or discounted classes for first timers :)
