One of the best purchases I have made particularly since we are tracking calories because eye balling can be VERY innacurate especially if your're accustom to seeing resturaunt and fast food portions. I bought one from target for 5 buck and it has served me well. I always make great use of my measuring cups :)

Try sleeping in your gym clothes and having your shoes,towel, and water by the door. Then set the alarm on your phone and put it next to the door also. Im with the above I think it's to hard for MFP to calculate especially since alot of calories burned from strentgh trainingcome from the "after burn", and even when you log it under the cardio strentgh training option it really doesn't give you that many calories :/

I would definitely recommend getting one I bought mine at Target after shorting out my ipod with sweat :/ it was less then 20 bucks and allows me to be more active during workouts without having to worry about it falling out....or shorting it out with sweat again >_<

definitely! even no fat milk has calories.

Work on the small goals (5,10,15 lbs) they'll add up to the big ones before you know it :). Also remember it's no just the number of calories you eat but what makes up those calories that will help you lose the lbs :)

I've definitely had this happen also though switching socks helped me out. I never stay longer then 30 mins on a cardio machine though so by the time they want to start burning I'm switching to a different machine lol.

definitely the wheat but I agree with the above there's tons of sodium in the healthy option sandwiches. Getting a salad with spinach instead of the iceberg lettuce and putting your meat and veggies on that helps some.

I totally agree. And they really aren't worth the ridiculous sodium intake. some sort of turkey sandwich with veggies or fresh fruit is always a nice meal and you can usually come in around 300 cal for that depending on what bread you use.

I set 4 different alarms to get me out of bed and get a morning workout before work because I'm to mentally/physically drained to go when I get off work. If you're usuing a public gym make sure you're wiping down the quipment with cleanser before you use it. It could be that you're picking up germs others have left behind on the machines.
