Day 1/21 - Did my T25 workout and got a good calorie burn out of it! Logged all of my meals and exercise already and have planned out lunch and snacks for tomorrow. Worked harder than I ever have before at T25. Good start to a quick challenge!

Daily calorie goal is 1400. Because I have a significant amount of weight to lose, I need lower the calories a different rate than others. I don't eat back my calories that I've "earned" from working out as I wouldn't lose any weight that way. Maybe I am overestimating my calories burned in comparison with my food. I…

If just for weigh in, try gluten free, dairy free for two weeks. Just be warned that the weight will come back once you start eating that again. Good luck, and thanks for your service (if you make it).
