Activity tips when you have a sick baby?
I have a real hard time getting in any exercise when my son is sick. He's pretty needy on those days and I'm running on lack of sleep. Anyone have any suggestions to get some calories burned during those days? They are usually "lazy" days since Ethan just wants to be held. Thanks for the help!

I just started my first full week of T25 Alpha on Monday. So far I'm only feeling the burn during the workout and not so much afterwards. Has anyone else experienced this? Does it mean that I'm not doing it right?

Stuck in a Rut....already
I started this weight loss journey two weeks ago. I do t25 every day, water aerobics twice a week, and started doing some crossfit workouts this week.
