I just started my first full week of T25 Alpha on Monday. So far I'm only feeling the burn during the workout and not so much afterwards. Has anyone else experienced this? Does it mean that I'm not doing it right?

I don't think that's necessarily an issue. I was in pretty good shape, prior to starting Alpha... I don't recall being especially sore after the workouts. I've been more sore with the beta workouts, in my upper body. I haven't done too much upper body work recently, so the upperbody workouts using weights have caused some soreness for me. I think as long as you are pushing yourself during the workouts, you should be doing fine! Every person is different to some extent as well, I imagine.0
