New to MFP

I joined last year, but didn't do anything with it. Now I absolutely have to lose weight, so I've started logging my food and exercise. I've been pretty much status updating myself since before yesterday I had no "friends" on here. I have to lose at minimum 60 pounds, and need the help and encouragement to keep going!

I started T25 this week. Is anyone else doing this? Any tips? I only feel the burn during the workout, but not so much afterwards. Anyone else have that problem?
