I weigh myself a couple times a day..I know..it's not good..but I record my loss on Mondays which are always my heaviest...Friday's and/or Saturdays are my lightest. lol.

Me- I am Pescatarian! I was vegetarian for a good 10 years and decided then that I would add fish. I have been pescentarian now for 10 years on top of that...so 20 years no meat! I love it and feel great! I sometimes feel guilty about the little fishies and I try to eat sustainable. Add me as a friend if you like : )

I also have PCOS but haven't had the hair issue since I was a teenager. Taking the birth control pills for so many years has really stabilised my hormones and I only get hairy upper lip.
