I can relate to this...I realised I may be becoming addicted when we've been driving home and I've suggested to my partner that I get out of the car early and walk the last mile or so... he thought I was completely mad and I guess it was a bit obsessive so I didn't do it although I really wanted to!!

Me too - I went out and had a 3 couse meal and a few drinks last night and guessed the cals but I was probably about 1000 cals over my allowance but I think as long as you get straight back on track again from today it will be fine - I hope you enjoyed the pizza - sounds yummy!

Sorry I don't know of any recipes! I buy them for the family when we're out and have been tempted a few times but resisted for the same reason as you but I guess if I REALLY fancied one I would have it with a nice healthy salad as a meal rather than just a snack!
