I found it hard the first time and did 30 days of level 1 xD. I tried level 2 when I was supposed to and it felt sooooo hard. The second time around I gained enough strength to do it normally with 10 days at each level!

I get the boneless/skinless ones from costco. 200g=240calories.

I eat whatever I want, and eat back some of my exercise calories. Sorry, but your plan doesn't sound appetizing. Sounds like a quick fix, and very short term. 1100 calories is not sustainable in my opinion. And so far, I've found sugar to be fine. I eat chocolate just about every day.

I get a 6 inch turkey breast on honey oat, with loads of veggies and honey mustard. Works out to about 340 calories. That alone will fill me up, so it's a great option for me.

Yes it does. If you are set at sedentary, you're underestimating your daily burn, especially if you work a full time retail job. Therefore, FitBit is going to give you more calories to eat. When I do it, I always take breaks in between. I'll do it, then sometimes take a day or two off, then do 3 days straight. I just do it when I have time! :p When I did it the first time, I tried to do it every day, but now I just do whatever I want, lol. I'll lose motivation if I FORCE myself.

I wear a retainer, so around 7 I go brush my teeth and put it in. It's the only way to keep myself from not snacking when I have no calories left for the day. I'm just way too lazy to take it out, then have to brush my teeth all over again! :p

I like to eat sugar free jello with strawberries/cantaloupe/raspberries (basically whatever fruit) and with fat free cool whip on top. I am also a chocolate addict :p So I eat some sort of chocolate every day.

Its a bit hard to tell but I can bet that you've lost weight in your face. That was the main place I lost weight at first and so do several others! Just be patient though. You're doing great so far!

I'm 5"4, 131lbs and I generally wear a size 6-8. My heaviest was about 161, and I was wearing a size 10.

Canada used to teach the imperial system. I grew up learning metric. My parents still use the imperial measurements though. Probably depends what you grew up with and learned.
