I've noticed no one posting either. I don't have schizophrenia but anxiety and depression, I can value the importance of a safe place and people who understand it's hard when your brain doesn't work the way you want it.

Honestly I ended up getting MFP premium for free from having a Samsung watch and the features were nothing to really be excited about. It's basically the same thing and doesn't keep me more motivated. I wouldn't spend money on it.

My ex took a photo of me and I was staring at it for a solid 10 mins because I didn't realize that's what I looked like. I have a mirror but it was almost as if the photo was a different person....I was delusional. So I'm in the same boat!

I don't use my gear fit to track daily burn. Just steps and exercise burn. My steps are roughly 6000-8000 everyday which puts me in the lightly active category...if I do anything less then I just reduce my cals to sedetary. I find it's accurate to exercise because it has the heart rate monitor. When I take classes at the…

Hey! I'm 5'3 at 210. My goal weight is 120ish!

I have more than 30 lbs to lose but you can add me if you like! :) I'm starting to work out 5 days a week and eat roughly 1400 cals. I'm not vegetarian but I enjoy vegetarian/vegan meals whenever possible! I also have an open diary.

You're going to have to either cut back how much you eat so that it fits or make better decisions on what you eat or both. Packaged foods are the worst for added calories so I always find it helpful to cook all my meals instead. Also the servings sizes in packages can be off from what it says so weighing food is always…

On a bottle it's in micro grams. On this site I think it's % of what your body needs.

Congrats on the loss! I completely understand the whole anxiety thing though, you're not alone! Just keep doing your best :)

They just put it on the list a few months ago, but it's only available through the app.

Samsung gear and iPhone are not compatible unfortunately. You can get the watch to pair with mfp but that's almost impossible using an iPhone. :(

I add depending on what it is..and if I'm building a recipe. Garlic powder is higher than most... Black pepper and salt when I scan the bar code is 0... So just depends.

I'm trying to lose with anxiety/depression, I find the exercise and eating a healthy diet helps it. In by no way does it cure it, but it does help me think more positively to try and over come the other thoughts of failing or that people don't like me, etc. It has raised my self esteem, because everytime I workout or eat…

When I started school I thought I was sedentary...But quickly learned I was taking 6000+ steps a day, therefore changing myself to lightly active.

During exercise if I'm doing cardio I tell myself..Just 5 more mins every 5 mins. That way I make it seem like smaller goals all within my larger 30 min goal.

Yogurt parfaits: vanilla Greek yoghurt, granola, and berries.

You should see your doctor. It is possible this diet is not for you, or that a vitamin or mineral is low. Carbs are also essitial for body function so it could also be your body reacting to the sudden drop in energy.

I would say lightly active only because retail isn't strenuous and for some periods you may be standing still. I work sales and this is what I have down, when I worked in kitchens I had it down as active/highly active. Hope this helps ☺️

From what I learned in biology class, going below 1200 calories all the time for long periods of time can force your body to become malnourished. This can create long term health problems and doesn't give the proper energy needed for basic bodily functions. Hope this helps

It can take more than a week, just be patient. It is true that you can loose water weight by drinking more water. How much is dependant on your body and if you were storing any water in the first place.

I'll start this challenge, just starting out again and this seems really reasonable for me. Starting-220 Goal weight-125 Current weight-220 Total weight-0 This week-0 Challenges for the week- eat within calorie limit, start yoga routine.

I found that anti anxiety meds just gave me the feeling of wanting to eat..so when I realized I wasn't actually hungry I started drinking herbal teas to help. When I'm really craving something sweet I'll drink a dessert flavoured tea like cotton candy. Has about 10/20 Cals but that's way better than binging on a cake.…

I have the Fitbit Blaze, had it for a couple months now and I love it! It's a little bulky but with fancy straps it doesnt look bad.

I normally work out at night..but sometimes it just depends when I'm not busy. I find doing some light yoga(in my bedroom haha) in the morning and my other exercises at night helpful. My body feels great all day and not just some of the day, which can benefit my night workout! :)

You can add me aswell! You can add me through my email it's jjessica.albertt@gmail.com

I also have a eating problem...im struggling with it on a daily basis and sometimes I do mess up. However what I noticed is if I keep my hands busy while im just sitting around then I tend to stop thinking about it. For example when I watch TV I have a high urge to snack...however if I knit it's not so bad because my hands…
